*All rates include transfer and return from Placencia Airstrip to Bella Maya, and a welcome drink on arrival

*All rates are subject to availability upon booking, based on 2 adults sharing one room, and do not include applicable room tax or gratuities

* up to 2 children under 12 may stay in their parent’s  suite for free;

* Maximum occupancy per suite  4 pax  ( 2 adults + 2 children or 4 adults)

for each additional adult please add $25.00 per night.

*Booking Policy:

~ The above rates are quoted in US dollars and subject to 19% taxes. (9% Hotel Tax & 10% Service Charge)

~ Peak Periods: Minimum of 5 nights stay

~ Deposit: A two nights deposit is required upon booking to guarantee reservation for 2 nights and  more, The balance is due 30  days before arrival

~ Full prepayment  required for booking  made 30 days or less prior arrival

*Cancellation Policy:

~ A full refund minus a $100 administrative fee will be granted if cancellation is received before 20 days or more prior to arrival at Bella Maya in Winter, Festive & Easter Season or 7 days or more in summer season

~ No refunds provided for late arrivals or early departures.
